Inspirada Neighborhood Information

Developed by Focus Property Group, the 1940 acre master plan of Inspirada was designed to promote the sense of a small home-town community with all the amenities
of a pedestrian-friendly city. There are almost no walls dividing Inspirada’s neighborhoods, creating a more intimate atmosphere that encourages socializing, and the layout is planned so that all homes will be withing easy walking distance of parks, coffee shops, delis, and local markets.

The seven “villages” of Inspirada will each be built upon roughly 200 to 260 acres, each with its own central park and community center. As City of Henderson Public Works Assistant Robert Herr predicted, “Instead of everyone being in their own world, they’ll be out in the community.” The first village, Solista Village, is already complete. At the heart of Solista is the 5 acre, $7.1 million Solista Park with its community recreation center, community pool, lighted bocce ball courts, playgrounds, barbecues and picnic areas. Residents stroll the lighted perimeter trails in the evening, walking their dogs and chatting with neighbors.

Home builders KB Homes and Toll Brothers already have model homes open at Inspirada, and there are both new homes and resale homes currently available. Services will be integrated into the community by the builders, including fire and police stations, community parks, schools and new roadways. Residents can choose from a plethora of innovative and inspiring floor plans that are life style driven.

Inspirada is particularly noted for the wealth of amenities it offers residents: from first class schools to parks to shopping to gourmet restaurants, and it is located close to state of the art medical facilities.
